SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. ALL THING MOCHI is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 7 days from the day you receive your package to change your mind and return your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
- Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. The store does not accept any refund, however we do provide store credit or coupons.
- After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.
- Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with store credits or coupon number usable within 30 days.
