Sustainability at Mochi

Our Story.

Mochi is a contemporary brand that is devoted to being the most responsible version of itself. To bring about positive change, we need to work together and deviate from the beaten track. At Mochi, we are constantly experimenting and looking for innovative ways to reconstruct existing fabrics and materials, giving them a second life by creating a new version of it.

From fast to slow

Upcycling & Circularity

We are committed to set a new course: from fast to slow.

We do this by developing pieces that you can enjoy for a long time. Everything we do at Mochi fits within the framework of circular fashion and upcycling which we strive for in three principles: reduce, reuse and recycle. By focusing on this, we can contribute to more conscious consumption and reduce the impact of fashion on our planet. There is still a long way to get there and we are learning new ways to further improve every day.

Love for colors & embroidery

Our pieces are an expression and statement for our love of colour and embroidery, a love that is impassioned and rooted in the core of our design ethos.

Colors are fascinating and tell so many stories – hold significance and meaning for people and influence emotions. For Mochi, colors and embroidery are an infinite source of inspiration; an element to develop further. Colors can be mixed in limitless ways, creating new shades that tell stories of expression and spirit. We want to empower the people wearing our pieces to express their true character through colour and print.
