This Mochi Reconstructed statement dress is a combination of Mochi fabric and a vintage find. This piece was reconstructed to create a statement versatile dress that can be worn throughout the seasons.
Lieve Dress was reconstructed by re-using Mochi signature piece from the Jaipur collection and a classic vintage find from the 70’s. The Jaipur embroidery used on the collar is a decorative tribal textile made in Gujarat. A technique combining chain stitch, appliqué and mirror-like insertions.
This one-off design is a part of a circular fashion future by creative forms of recycling and re-use. The cut is a slim to loose fit which comes in different sizes.
